Difficulty 1/5 Prep Time 5 MIN Cook Time 60 MIN FEATURED PRODUCTS Traeger Hickory Pellets INGREDIENTS 2 Tablespoon clarified butter 1 Teaspoon sesame oil 2 Cup Mixed Nuts (Almonds, Pecans, Peanuts etc) 1 1/2 Teaspoon hot sauce 1 1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon salt DIRECTIONS Mix all ingredients (except salt) in a bowl and spread on a greased disposable aluminum pan in a single layer. When ready to cook, set temperature of Pellet grill to 250℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. Smoke the nuts for approximately 1 hour turning the nuts every 15 minutes. When they are done, remove from the grill and sprinkle on the salt. When cooled, store in a completely airtight container.
