We have incorporated our many years of expertise in knife and cutting technology into this multifunctional kitchen gadget. It is ideal for finely grating and zesting a wide variety of foods: You can use it as a lemon zester, a Parmesan grater or for nutmeg.

However, the fine grater is not only versatile, but also efficient: thanks to its unique ZWILLING Z-Cut technology. The Z-design blades, with their pre-cut and two-way functionality, facilitate faster grating with less effort. Especially as the 18/10 stainless steel blades are particularly sharp. Thanks to its modular accessories, you can take advantage of the fine grater's functionality according to your own preferences. For example, the removable food storage box that practically and cleanly catches grated food below the grating area. Would you prefer to grate your Parmesan directly over your salad? No problem, the bin is quick and easy to remove.

The grater also has an attachment that is particularly suitable for grating small foods. Thanks to the built-in finger protection, you can even finely grate small pieces of ginger without the risk of injury.
